Criminal Case Filed Against Pawan Kalyan by Tamil Nadu Police

A criminal case has been registered against actor-politician Pawan Kalyan and former Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai for allegedly making provocative speeches during the Murugan Devotees Conference held in Madurai, Tamil Nadu on June 22.

The complaint was filed by an organization called the Madurai People’s Federation for Communal Harmony, claiming that their speeches incited religious hatred and disturbed communal harmony.

Based on this complaint, the Anna Nagar police have registered a criminal case against Pawan Kalyan. The police stated that his speech was inflammatory in nature, aimed at creating rifts between castes and provoking religious tensions.

As of now, neither Pawan Kalyan nor his party, Jana Sena, has issued any official response regarding the incident.
