GV Prakash’s Blackmail Set for August 1st Release
Music director turned actor GV Prakash Kumar’s upcoming thriller Blackmail is all set to hit theatres on August 1st, 2025. Directed by debutant filmmaker Vignesh Vasu, the film promises to be an intense emotional drama with gripping suspense elements.
Blackmail features GV Prakash in a never-seen-before avatar, playing a man caught in a psychological game of deceit, secrets, and manipulation. The teaser released earlier has already garnered a positive response, raising expectations for the film.
Produced by Axess Film Factory, Blackmail also stars Venkat Prabhu, Aditi Shankar, and Daniel Balaji in pivotal roles. The music, composed by GV Prakash himself, is said to be one of the film’s major highlights, blending haunting melodies with a pulsating background score.
