A high budget film in the combination of Tamil star SivaKarthikeyan and director AR Murugadoss was announced a couple of months ago. Titled Madharasi, the film has fixed it’s release date as September 5,2025.
To meet the release deadline, the team is working round the clock. Recently, the film has wrapped up the crucial Sri Lanka schedule and the team is back to Chennai. Reports suggest that the film is SivaKarthikeyan’s biggest spy action drama, to date , in terms of budget.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that the makers are planning to kick-start the musical promotions of the film soon. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is expected to be out next week.
Being bankrolled by N. Srilakshmi Prasad, Madharasi has beautiful Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead. The movie also stars Vidyut Jammwal and Biju Menon in the negative roles, alongside Shabeer Kallarakkal, Vikranth, Prem Kumar, Sanjay and Sachana Namidass. Madharasi has its music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
