War 2 Box Office: Telugu Drops, Hindi Holds Steady on Monday
The much-hyped War 2 witnessed a mixed trend at the box office on Monday.
In the Telugu version, the film faced a sharp drop, with early estimates pointing towards just ₹1 crore nett. This indicates a significant slowdown in the Telugu states after its strong opening weekend.
On the other hand, the Hindi version showed better hold. Early estimates suggest collections in the range of ₹6–7 crore nett on Monday, reflecting a steady trend in the North and key Hindi-speaking markets.
While War 2 is struggling to maintain momentum in Telugu, its Hindi business is providing stability, ensuring the film’s overall nationwide performance remains balanced.
It is well known that the film stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in the lead roles and has Kiara Advani as the female lead. The film was directed by Ayan Mukerji and Yash Raj Films banner has bankrolled this spy drama which is a part of Yash Raj Spy Universe.
