A new film titled “R” has been officially launched with a grand pooja ceremony under the banner of GMAA Entertainments. The film is being presented by Shirisha and is directed and produced by Goli Ramakrishna, with Gali Bala Kiran Reddy serving as the co-producer.
The movie, which is set against a village backdrop, was formally inaugurated today with traditional pooja rituals at the Sri Prasannanjaneya Swamy Temple. The launch event was attended by the film’s team and well-wishers who gathered to mark the beginning of the project.
The film features a diverse ensemble cast including Santosh Krishnan, Bhagya Reddy, Brahmanandam Reddy, Durgam Naidu, Pawan, Siri, Sandhya, Bhanu Chander, Swathi, and several others playing important roles.
On the technical front, Ashok Reddy Kankalla will handle cinematography for the film, while Munish is the editor. Shivaji will choreograph the songs, and Kadavakallu Ganesh will work as the Chief Associate Director. Vedanth Raj Ande is serving as the Assistant Director.
The makers have revealed that the shooting of the film will begin on the 20th of this month. The team plans to complete the entire shoot in two schedules, mainly in and around Hyderabad.
Speaking about the film, director-producer Goli Ramakrishna said that the project will be completed efficiently with the support of the cast and crew. He added that the film carries a meaningful message and will be presented in an engaging way to the audience. He also confirmed that the movie is scheduled to release on October 17 this year. The makers plan to reveal more details about the film soon in a unique and interesting manner.
Co-producer Gali Bala Kiran Reddy also shared his thoughts during the launch. He mentioned that the director’s passion and dedication towards cinema encouraged the team to confidently announce the film’s release date at the very beginning of the project.
