Have you watched the film ‘Tunnel’?
Yes, I watched ‘Tunnel’ in Chennai. After seeing the teaser and trailer, I developed an interest in the film. Since the story was unique, I felt Telugu audiences should get to experience it. That’s why I went to Chennai and watched the film personally. I liked it immensely, which is why I decided to bring it to Telugu.
What aspects of ‘Tunnel’ did you like the most?
The story of ‘Tunnel’ is very fresh. The entire plot unfolds in a single night. How does the hero save the policemen? How does he catch the psycho? What connection does the tunnel have to this story? – all these points were crafted in a gripping manner. ‘Tunnel’ will be a true edge-of-the-seat thriller.
Are you satisfied with the Telugu audience’s response to the teaser and trailer?
Yes, the teaser and trailer of ‘Tunnel’ received a very good response. In Tamil, the film is being widely appreciated. I am confident it will get the same positive response in Telugu too. Telugu audiences always support movies with different and unique content.
Can you tell us about the upcoming projects under Lachuram Productions?
So far, I have produced films like Dammunnodu and Swetcha under my banner. Very soon, I’ll be bringing another film titled Sri Gandhari to the audience. A few more projects are also in the pipeline. But for now, our entire focus is on ‘Tunnel’. I strongly believe this film will release and become a big hit.
