War 2 Sees Growth on Day 2, Boosted by Independence Day Holiday
The Hrithik Roshan and NTR starrer War 2 showed an upward trend on its second day at the box office, thanks to the Independence Day holiday boost.As per early estimates, the Hindi version collected in the range of ₹38–40 crore nett on Friday.
However, the performance in other languages was mixed, with Telugu business witnessing a noticeable drop.Across all languages, War 2 minted approximately ₹52–53 crore nett on Day 2.
Despite the dip in the Telugu market, the holiday advantage helped the film maintain strong numbers in the Hindi belt.The action-packed spy thriller is expected to continue its momentum over the weekend.
