Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan’s lastest outing titled, Sikandar has hit the screens on March 30th on the eve of Eid. Opened to mixed reports, the film has collected an impressive cross of more than Rs 50 crore only on the craze of Salman Khan among the audience.
Cashing in on the craze, many OTT Platforms have came forward to locked the post release OTT streaming rights. But the latest reports suggest that popular OTT streaming platform Netflix has grabbed the OTT rights of Sikandar by offering a massive price. Though the official streaming details of Sikandar are yet to be announced by the Netflix officially, the reports suggest that the film will be out on the streaming platform by April last week.
Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead opposite Salman Khan. Kajal Aggarwal is seen in an important role. Sikandar has its music composed by Pritam and background score is given by Santhosh Narayanan. Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Salman Khan Films produced the film, jointly. The film was distributed by Pen Marudhar Entertainment.
Sikandar also stars Sharman Joshi , Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kishore, Jatin Sarna and Sanjay Kapoor in the supporting roles. The film’s cinematography is crafted by Thiru. The editing work is handled by Vivek Harshan. Though the makers remained tight-lipped on the film, reports suggest that the film was an official remake of South film with the same director titled, Sarkar which released in the year 2018.
