Sarkaru Vaari Paata starring superstar Mahesh Babu and Keerthy Suresh as the lead pair is out for public viewing today. Check out our authentic Sarkaru Vaari Paata review.
Keerthy(Keerthy Suresh), a casino addict traps the private loan lending company owner Mahesh ( Mahesh Babu) and takes $10K from him. Soon after knowing that Keerthy cheated him, Mahesh lands in India in Vizag to recover the amount from her father Rajendranath (Samuthirakani), a rich businessman. How will Mahesh approach Rajendranath? Will Rajendranath pay back the amount lent by her daughter to Mahesh? How is a social issue related to the Indian banking system interconnected with the cat and mouse game between Mahesh and Rajendranath? To know that, you have to watch the film in the theatres near you.
Mahesh Babu is the solo reason for watching the film. He just nailed it with his screen presence and energetic performance throughout the film. Literally, he carried the entire film on his shoulders and was impressed with his amazing dialogue delivery. His dance movements in Ma Ma Mahesha’s song are a surprise package in the film.
While Keerthy Suresh is cute with her makeover looks, her chemistry with Mahesh adds an advantage to the first-half proceedings. The love track between the lead pair in the first half has lighter moments.
Coming to Samuthirakani, he is apt in his role as a seasoned politician. His confrontation episodes with Mahesh in the second half will be loved by the mass audience. Comedian Vennela Kishore is okay in his hero’s sidekick role. Actress Nadiya dis her purposeful role quite decently. Other artists who did key roles are okay in their roles.
As expected, the music by Thaman is superb as all the songs are superhit audio-wise and even more appealing on screen. His background score elevates a couple of heroic scenes and action blocks.
Madhi’s cinematography is top-notch as he showcased the entire film on a lavish note with his framing and lighting setup.
While editing by Marthand K Venkatesh is okay, the artwork is good. All the bank sets are erected nicely.
Director Parasuram tried to present a money-related social issue by incorporating enough commercial elements into the narrative. While the director succeeds in presenting Mahesh Babu in an energetic avatar, his outdated execution and scene order in the second half come as a big letdown.
To conclude, Sarkaru Vaari Paata is Mahesh Babu’s energetic one-man show and watching him in a highly surprising role is a treat to his fans. But on the other hand, the routine and ages-old commercial narrative in the second half comes as a minus for the movie.
One Word Review: Mahesh’s energetic show!
