Popular actor Naveen Chandra visited the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy
Temple on Tuesday morning. During the VIP break, he had darshan of Lord Venkateswara and offered his prayers.After the darshan, Vedic scholars blessed Naveen Chandra with Veda Ashirvachanam at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. Temple officials presented him with the sacred Theertha Prasadam and honoured him with traditional silk garments.
Speaking to the media outside the temple, Naveen Chandra said, “I prayed to Lord Venkateswara that all the projects I have undertaken should be completed successfully without any obstacles. We are starting my new project from Tirumala itself. After Month of Madhu, I am once again collaborating with director Srikanth for our second film together. This project is going to be a big surprise for the audience.”
Naveen Chandra also revealed that three of his upcoming Tamil films are ready for release and will be hitting screens in the coming days.He was accompanied by director Srikanth Nagothi, distributor and producer Harish Kumar, who also had darshan of Lord Venkateswara.
On the occasion, Naveen Chandra also met Sridhara Varma, who recently assumed charge as the Chairman of SVBC, and congratulated him on his new responsibility.Naveen Chandra mentioned that his family has shared a close association with Sridhara Varma for the past 15 years. He further stated that, as an artist, he is ready to participate in any programme on SVBC or contribute to the service of Lord Venkateswara whenever an opportunity arises.
