He consistently worked as a bridge between the film industry and the government, addressing issues ranging from small-scale industry concerns to the problems faced by workers and technicians. Whether it involved labourers, distributors, or producers, he took legal and supportive measures to resolve their issues and stood by the industry at every stage.
