Ameer Log : A Rollercoaster ride of emotions (3.5/5)
Ameer Log a small film starring all the newcomers in the lead roles has caught everyone’s attention soon after Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media has acquired the rights of the movie. Directed by Ramana Reddy Soma, the film is scheduled for a August 21st release had a premiers on August 20th with night shows. Let’s Review Ameer Log movie.
Synopsis:
Ameer Log features three friends who, after roaming irresponsibly, change completely and how they deal with the happenings in their lives after the transformation. Three friends Seenu (Hari) , Rafiq(Manoj) and Mallesh (Sashidhar) becomes responsible with the developments in their life.
On the other hand, what role Geetha (Vedha Jalandharr), Ravi (Ravan Nitturu) played and how Nazeer (Sai Yogi), Chacha (Viswender Reddy), Seenu’s mother, Rafiq’s brother and sister in law, Mallesh’s parents react , forms the rest of the proceedings.
Performances:
All the three youngster who played the lead characters are believable in their respective roles and brought live to the proceedings with their given key roles. While the
MC Hari, Manoj and Sasidhar are apt in their crucial roles, Vedha Jalandharr shines in her given key role.
Raavan Nitturu gets a key role which brings developments to the script as movie progresses. All other actors did a convincing job in their limited roles and brought the much needed vibe to Ameer Log.
Analysis:
Firstly, Director Ramana Reddy and his team should be appreciated for making the film in a typical budget and Rana Daggubati’s Spirit Media for coming farward to acquire the distribution rights for the twin Telugu States.
Coming to the film, it has a soul which connects to everyone. Director cum writer Ramana Reddy Soma kept his cent percent efforts in writing the characters which has a proper arc and presented them in a convincing manner on the screen. Though their are a few flows in the second half narrative, they are neatly handedly the director during the ending portions.
Technical Support:
The music scored by Smaran Sai comes a surprise package for the film as his work is visible not only the songs but the entire film. His work is visible in every background Score that reflects the typical old city flavour in movie.
The cinematography work by SVK is good as he brought the authentic texture to the proceedings with his framing. The editing by Rohit Penumatsa is okay as he kept the film’s runtime with in the limits.
Lastly, the production values by Awwal Number Productions LLP are solid and effective.
Verdict:
Ameer Log movie is the mixed package of fun and emotions which work in a perfect manner. The direction and strong writing are an added advantage for the film. Not to forget, the emotional performance by the lead artists. Altogether, making the film a satisfying watch for the targeted youth and families during this weekend.
