Performances:
Firstly, the acting by lead actor Pavan Kalyan Battula is okay as he tried to perform in a decent manner in all key family episodes. Rajkumar Kasi Reddy and Saptagiri did a good job in their noted fun zone.
Pavan Kalyan should work on his expressions even more in the next films to get registered as a good actor. Actors such as Rajiv Kanakala and VT Ganesh did their key roles perfectly.
Coming to the female leads Rayanchu is cute and good looking in the screen and did her performance oriented role nicely. On the other hand, Hassini Sudhir and Vasiki also did a fine job as the suffering woman.
Vennela Kishore is fine in his comic role. His pair in the movie named Sandhya did her limited role nicely.
Analysis:
Director cum writer Veeru Vulavala did a decent job in handling multiple jobs like writing and execution in a nice manner. The way he has designed the core concept is appreciateable but he would have focused on writing a racy screenplay during initial episodes.
As the movie runs on the marriage concept, the team would have focused on incorporating contemporary incidents to bring authenticity to the narration. The backbone for the film is flashback episodes which came out really well and picturised is a nice manner.
Technical Department:
The music composer by Shravan Bharadwaj is commendable as he touched all kinds of songs including mass and melody numbers.
The Cinematography by Satish Muthyala is fine as his frames are rich. The editing work by Koti is nice as his kept the runtime within limits. The production values by Battula Koteshwar Rao are good.
Verdict:
Altogether, Purushaha is a serious subject told in an engaging manner regarding the disputes between the husband and wife. Lead artists performance including the direction by Veeru Vulavala makes the film an engaging watch during this weekend.
