The Red Bag: Stylish thriller (3/5)
Synopsis:
The entire film revolves around the mysterious Red Bag which has the entire dream of Mickel (Kabir Duhan Singh). What is the role of the Red Bag in the entire context? How four beautiful girls influence Mickel in not achieving the Island dreams, forms the crucial crux.
Performances:
The four girls named Monika , Sneha Singh, Aakanksha,Eeshan Shanker, Avinash Badal did a amazing job in their respective roles.
Kabir Singh gets a stylish role as a villian in which is the lives in the role and created an impact.Other actors who played a key role in Kabir Singh’s Pub with all the illegal activities are fine in their respective roles.
Actor Prasad Behara is good and evoke decent laughs in his limited role.
Analysis:
Director should be appreciated for coming up and accepting the concept suggested by the makers. He worked hard to present the entire film on a stylish way.
Though their are some flaws in the narrative in both the halves, his neat presentation and the solid message he told in the movie shines and established the core concept of the movie towards the end.
He succeeded in inserting the commercial elements in the proceedings without creating any disturbance with the premiers.
Technical Support:
Music composer by Shekhar Mopuri is the main asset for this stylish entertainer. Writing by Vikram Raja is good.
The cinematography by Priyesh Gurusamy is rich as his framing is attractive throughout the film. The Editing by Shiva Sarvani and Sasi is fine.
The production values by Harikrishna Somishetty’s Memory Makers are rich and superb.
Verdict:
Altogether, The Red Bag movie is an engaging thriller that has a good social message. While the concept taken by the team is solid it is elevated even more by the lead artists. Hence making the film, an one time watch during this weekend .
